Ward Campanelli
President
Ward is a born and raised Edmontonian with a passion for family, business and the outdoors. Ward has been with Echo for 9 years, and has owned the business for the past 6. Wards professional career is rooted in customer service, and has been focused on leadership roles for the past 22 years.
Ward is high energy, and enjoys physical activities of all kinds. Time with family is most cherished, and is often spent camping in all seasons, enjoying a variety of motorized and non motorized hobbies. Ward and his beautiful wife of 23 years Kim have two amazing kids; Corbin and Megan.

Ward has always been passionate about putting the customer first, and creating amazing results with the people he works with. Ward is a strong believer that real leadership exists to support creative minds, and brings out the best in people. Echo Promotions is his professional passion.
Jana Arbour
Manager - Customer Experience
Jana was born and raised in Edmonton and somehow found herself with 20+ years in the promotional products biz. She’s been part of Echo Promotions since 2004, which absolutely doesn’t age her—this industry keeps you young. When Jana's not matching brands with the perfect swag, her heart belongs to her husband, Dogs, cats, and Jesus. She loves spending time outdoors, especially in the fall, when Arbour Acres turns into the perfect golden backdrop.
Janelle Smaill
Sales Supervisor
With a business degree and a knack for creativity and detail, Janelle brings years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service from real estate and radio to the promotional products industry. She’s passionate about delivering value to clients by enhancing their marketing strategies and is proud to champion sustainability through Echo Promotions’ RE-ECHO’d program.
When she’s not working, Janelle enjoys exploring Edmonton’s vibrant restaurant scene, live music, and spending time with her family.

Teja became a valued member of the Echo team in late 2019. Teja brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. Her dedication to her clients and the Echo team is unwavering.
Simone Kirk
Branded Merch Consultant
Simone has been an Alberta girl her whole life. Her greatest loves are her partner and her 2 teenage sons.
Before joining the Echo team, she was most fond of her roles in Television Production and Design Consulting. She has been fortunate to have traveled outside of Canada and hopes to experience many other unknown lands...eventually hopefully revisiting Europe.
Her simple pleasures include, the sparkling sun on water, the picturesque mountains and curling up with a true story to read. Simone appreciates making things beautiful, including the space in which she lives. At Echo, she loves to help create your vision...using your brand and best products...in the most informed and efficient way!!
Kendra Gulka
Branded Merch Consultant
Kendra is a local girl- born and raised in Sherwood Park; with a passion for music, theater, sports, and traveling.
Kendra comes from an extensive business background which includes owning her own business for 18 years. She loves the creative aspect of her role at Echo, and the opportunity to meet so many new people.
Outside of work she enjoys fitness and working out, spending time with her husband, friends and family; and heading to the mountains or the beach when the weather permits.
Kendra is a bit of a business nerd that enjoys learning how companies have come up with new creative ideas to a problem, learning how they expanded or pivoted when needed, and how they are growing and serving their community.
Kendra has a passion for people and helping others achieve their goals and targets. With her previous background as a Health and Fitness Coach she is passionate about serving the needs of her clients, and equipping them with the knowledge and solutions to help them find the right marketing tools to grow and expand their business. She loves to see others succeed.
Robert Warburton
Branded Merch Consultant | Team & Sport Apparel Specialist
Robert was born and raised in Toronto. He moved to Edmonton, AB in 2014 and never looked back. Robert has a background in sports management. Before working with Echo Promotions, Robert worked for the Edmonton Rush, Oilers Entertainment Group and Toronto Rock. Robert has a passion for sports and the outdoors. In his free time you can find him playing Ultimate Frisbee, Disc Golf, Hockey, Softball, or Cycling. With 10 years experience in the sales industry, Robert has a knack for creating memorable experiences for his clients.
Tyler Keehn
Production Manager
Tyler brings to Echo an extensive amount of retail and management expertise as well as over 20 years experience in the award and promotional product industry and has been with Echo for the past 5 years.
Tyler is a country boy through and through being born and raised on an acreage north of Stony Plain where he currently resides with his wife of 14 years Jolie and his youngest child Titus (15). His oldest child Sophia (21) is all grown up and out on her own. When not in the office creating amazing products Tyler can be found playing fastball, camping, hunting, fishing or just outside in general working on the family homestead.
Tyler is dedicated to creating quality products that his customers will love to win, wear, or give away to promote their brand. His standing motto for the production team is “Good enough ISN’T”. Tyler has always taken great pride in helping small businesses build their corporate identity.
Michelle Balsa
Sales Representative | Omnicolour
With many years of CSR and Administrative experience, Michelle loves working with people and finding ways to bring a little sunshine or sparkle to their day. She enjoys getting out into my community and connecting with local businesses. Michelle is passionate about growth & sustainability, along with supporting and providing quality products and services.
Agnes Nyamweno
Order Fulfillment Specialist
Agnes is a talented order fulfillment supervisor with over 5 years of experience processing orders. She has established a reputation for her excellent communication skills, problem -solving abilities and creative approach to managing her role. Agnes was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya and her background gives her a unique perspective. Agnes began her career in order fulfillment as an entry-level employee, and quickly worked her way up through the ranks thanks to her diligence, perseverance and commitment to her work.
Outside of work, she enjoys a range of hobbies including cooking, reading, and watching sports. She is also a passionate volunteer and spends time giving back to her community whenever she can. Agnes’ dedication to her work and community is a testament to her values of collaboration and hard work. With her experience and skills, she is sure to continue making a positive impact in her field and beyond.
Jennifer Nykolaychuk
Order Fulfillment Specialist
Jen is responsible for the shipping, receiving, and QC at Echo. Her attention to detail is incredible! She has been married for 12+ years and has 1 daughter.
She enjoys hanging out with her family and dog. Also enjoys watching the Oilers!
Shane Lavender
Production Technician
Shane hasn't always been an Edmontonian. She came to Alberta when she was 18 from British Columbia. Before bringing her talent and meticulous attention to detail to Echo, she was a silkscreen printer operator for 17 years. She won her first art award in grade 10 and has continued to pursue creative expression through soap stone and clay sculpting, doing portraits in colored pencil, crocheting, knitting and weaving. Oh, and did we mention, she was also a theatre carpenter?! Shane enjoys riding her scooter and is also an avid Wow gamer.
Katarina Penfold
Production Technician
Kat brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn to her role as Production Technician at Echo Promotions. Kat contributes to optimized production logistics, ensuring the highest quality in our heat press operations. "The techniques honed here are not just about meeting production targets; they're about upholding a standard of excellence that our clients have come to rely on."

Barb Singini
Online Stores and Digital Solutions
With a strong background in Hospitality and Guest Relations, Barbara joined Echo in 2024, stepping into the world of Order Fulfillment for the first time. Her passion for learning and adapting quickly led her to grow into her current role, where she now oversees Online Stores and Digital Solutions. Barbara brings her customer-focused approach and attention to detail to every project, helping deliver seamless digital experiences.
Theresa Beynon
Production Technician
With over 25 years of experience in the graphic and sign industry, she brings a creative touch and plenty of hands-on know-how to every project she works on. Theresa loves being part of a team that takes pride in producing quality work and bringing ideas to life.
When she’s not at work, you’ll often find Theresa out walking, paddleboarding, relaxing with a good book, learning something new, or spending time with her family and friends. She’s always up for a challenge and brings a friendly, positive energy to everything she does.
